Typography, Portraits & Visual Statements

Expressive typography meets photography in a series of bold, experimental compositions.

About this project

Typography can do much more than communicate words. It can create rhythm, express emotion and completely transform the way an image is perceived.

In this collection, I experiment with the relationship between portraits, typography and colour. By combining photographic imagery with oversized lettering, contrasting compositions and visual effects, I explore how type can become an essential part of the image itself.

Each design takes a different approach, from fashion-inspired editorial compositions to bold typographic statements. Together, these experiments reflect my interest in creating visuals that feel expressive, contemporary and distinctive.

Type of work

Personal design experiments, photographed on screen during the design process.

The portraits are existing photographs that I used as a starting point for typographic exercises. They are not official commissions or collaborations.
